Start with what is in the bottle
Full Spectrum contains CBD alongside other hemp compounds, including a small amount of THC. SOS Full Spectrum is labelled low THC, at ≤0.2%, in 30 mL bottles.
Isolate focuses on purified CBD and is labelled 0% THC. SOS Isolate comes in 15 mL bottles at 5%, 10%, 20% and 30%.
Neither formula is automatically better for everyone
The first choice is the formula profile you prefer. Then compare concentration, bottle size and label directions. A higher concentration means more CBD in the same measured volume; it does not guarantee a better experience.
If you need help choosing, bring the label to a pharmacist. THC-free labelling does not establish permission to take a product across an international border.
